Is there a limit to the number of sub users?

Each plan comes with it's own limit of sub user account seats. Each seat grants use to the full suite of features linked with your main account. Our top tier Enterprise plan does not have a limit to the number of staff accounts can be created.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription?

There are no contracts. No obligations & you may cancel at any time. Your account will continue to operate until the end of your billing cycle.

Do I have to pay for all users?

Each account type comes with a fixed limit of staff accounts. If you wish to add more staff accounts you will be required to upgrade your plan. Account plan upgrades only require you to pay the difference between the account types during your billing cycle.
